in the process of modifying all the Stock mech bots in the server to be a little more potent and if they have the option for BAP im giving it to em.

Too bad, I was having a blast doing TKOTH and McRugby (Flooded City for McRugby was cool and challenging).

it appears like I can now print the name of the map in chat and hence the log...so, I may go ahead and start picking maps where rank points are disabled...will let u know.
If anyone can think of a cool new feature to use this let me know...

improved bots will be introduced tommorrow...
Christmas theme is done. WIll be active on Saturday. Occupational players will be able to give gifts to one another

nevermind...thought all you had to do was update the stock mechs in your Variant folder...not the case...it must pull stock mechs from deep within the code and not editable...
I am not going to update the D&D score. Maybe in the future. Right now its just for fun...
Good news is, definitely some work on the next Mektek patch...update on a ticket even just yesterday (and a big one at that

I read a couple days ago that the BA Bonus message is not coming up when in a BA. By now, everyone that participates regularly in the Ranking System should know how it works.
Every message in the server has a small chance of appearing. For Kill and Streakkill messages it picks from a handful or no message at all. The chance for any message to appear in the Christmas Theme is 38% and 62% for no message to appear. There is a 4.7% the +10 Rank and BA Bonus message to appear. For Streak Kills there is a 32% for a message to appear and a 68% for no messages to appear. There is a 5.2% for the +100 Rank and 500 BA Bonus to appear. There is no conspiracy....

I'm pretty sure no one thought you were conspiring against us , but it was just that it seems like the message NEVER comes up whenever we're playing BA's... I know Wyrm and I have spent a few hours on occassion trying to fill the BA category, but to no avail.
However, since the BA message's appearance is based on frequency of kills, it's almost a moot point trying for it in a game full of assaults and heavies, as they are obviously more difficult to kill.
To Wyrm and the other occupational users: I suggest we join a game and get as many folks to play BA's as possible. That, I believe, is the key to getting the BA bonus messages, since BA's are much easier to kill, thus raising the frequency of BA messages from Katie.

Changes to Assassin for Season 7 (only Occupation that will have planned changes):
1) 50 pts kill (was 100)
2) Max 3x/day (was 4x/day)

Circus Maximum AND Circus Maximum 2 are active in the Theme Park Map Cycle. They have both been tested and work correctly. Go counter-clockwise, score 1 point for crossing each yellow line, beware of pulse-laser turrets...and don't die - ull lose all your points. Suicides are -5...
Each are in the cycle 2 or 3 times

Added Nighthawk's bot script change to the server bots....they behave much more fierce, to say the least...
Also added 1 5minute battle, 1 mcrubgy, 1 koth...
