The following is instructions on running a dedicated server using Evilbot and including the Ranking System in the League Theme:
Put the following 6 files in your main directory (default is C:\Program Files\mektek.net\Mechwarrior Mercenaries - Mektek Mekpak, but wherever your installation is). The first 3 are necessary core files and the last 3 are .ini files for evilbot.

Next, create a Plugins folder in your main directory. Should look like the following once done (example is the default, but you will need to add the folder wherever your installation is):
C:\Program Files\mektek.net\Mechwarrior Mercenaries - Mektek Mekpak\Plugins
Inside this folder you need the following files:

Next, go ahead and run a regular hosted manual server with all the settings you want for your server. Since it's a league game you will need to set a password (match). Make sure its Advanced radar and make sure Server Recycle and Use Map Cycle List are NOT checked. Kill your server. Now your ready to start the dedicated server.
Use the MW4Monitor.exe in your main directory to start your dedicated server. A small rectangular box will pop up titled MW4Monitor with your server name in the title bar. Click on Plugins in the menu at the top and make sure Evilbot is Enabled. After that, in the same menu, click on Management. The bottom pane is Plugins that are NOT active. You should see 2: EvilBot.dll and ExtraCommands.dll. You need to activate them (I think its double clicking them?). They should move to the top pane and under Status it should say Active. Another window may have poped up (much larger which is the MW4Monitor server window). Ignore it for now and on the smaller box click on Stop Server. This terminates your server. Now relaunch it again with the MW4Monitor.exe. This time it should activate both Evilbot and Extracommands. Now other players can connect to your server and you should be good to go.
