Whoops....it's saying it is a virus...here's the link to download it instead (this is the original and not the hotfix one...this should allow you to connect to most servers except the ones that have applied the hotfix which isn't many)...

completely turn off your anti-virus while installing or running mercs. You can turn it back on once ur done playing...This is very important, AV programs keep deleting it and maybe even the entire folder. Just turn it off...
