Both ways can run in tandem as far as I can tell. So you could have some that are auto and some that have a short/long list of passwords on a temp basis. I have both setup so I could test.
Instead of someone being automaticly an admin (which is weak because anyone can spoof your name) you define the persons name and a list of comma delimited passwords in the admin.ini file.

Thanks to MACK at mechstorm.com posting mw4monitor files and forum help posts after I asked for his REX 2.0 software, restrictions are now put in place automaticly on startup.
Exactly. The point was to play MW at a certain time in history. NM is not about customization but about playing the real loadouts during that point in history. More for the purists you could say.
